OMG! 

The 2011 Tour de Champlain

is over!

Many words have been uttered to describe this year’s tour de champlain, but the post race statement by our race host and organizer pretty much sums it up: “We’re not doing that route again.”

Ok, it was made much worse by the 97 degree heat and the blast furnace like breeze coming up off the fresh blacktop.  Never before have so many bikes walked. 

You have to admit, The downhills were pretty epic.
